BOX

In BOX we use a selection of techniques from different combat sports, taking advantage of the explosive and effective manner in which they are performed, to build fitness and strength.

ABOUT THE SESSIONS

BOX is suitable for people of all experience and fitness levels.


ROOM & MATERIALS

The sessions are held in room 2. Boxing gloves and mitts (boxing pads) are used and available for everyone to borrow.


BOOKING

The sessions are booked in our app, on our web page or by drop-in if there are spots available. Collect your ticket at the latest 10 minutes before the session starts, in the registration computers located at our entrances.

TO CONSIDER

Boxing gloves can be borrowed. Use suitable shoes for indoor training. The sessions are 60 minutes long.

We work in pairs and alternate in using gloves and mitts.
