ABOUT THE SESSIONS

The focus of our practices is that everyone who wants to can participate and have a good time!


LOCATION & EQUIPMENT

We have all our practices outdoors and meet up on the StiL parking lot, outside the entrance, at the appointed time. Wear suitable clothes and running shoes.


BOOKING

The orienteering practices are booked in our app, on our web page or by drop-in if there are spots available. Collect your ticket before the session starts, in the registration computers located at our entrances.

TO CONSIDER

Always check the weather when choosing your shoes and clothes for the occasion. If you are new to the sport, our instructors can follow you along the trail and give you some tips and tricks on how to get along. Each practice is between 60 and 75 minutes long.

Since we are outdoors all year around there is a temperature limit of -15 °C. If it is colder than this limit, the practice is cancelled. We use this web page for the temperature.


CONTENT

We introduce the fundamentals of orienteering to any beginners wishing to learn, and we challenge the experienced practitioners with a variety of exercises and trails.

On StiL Orienteering’s Facebook page we will post more detailed information on the upcoming practices.
