Underwater rugby

BENEFITS

A fun and tough sport that will improve your fitness and oxygen uptake since controlling your breathing is a fundamental part of the sport.

ABOUT THE SESSIONS

A tougher and harder take on swimming. The need to control the breathing and not being able to breathe at all times make it physically demanding for both fit and unfit persons.

LOCATION & EQUIPMENT

The practices take place in Pontusbadet. The gear we use is flippers, mask/goggles and snorkel and are all available to borrow.

BOOKING

The sessions are booked on our web page or in our app. But you are welcome to check out our Facebook page for more information and updates.

TO CONSIDER

Underwater rugby is played in the municipal bath Pontusbadet and we use their changing rooms. Bring a padlock for your locker and swimwear. Be sure to arrive in good time the first time you’re attending so that we can set you up with the required equipment.
