Information:
We train once a week at Porsöhallen (address: Universitetsvägen 11C).

The training is open to everyone with a minimum section card + membership in StiL, and booked (just like other group training sessions) via the website or the StiL app.

Do not forget to bring your StiL card, or mobile to show that you are booked through the app, to the training session!

The exercise time is 90 min:
The first 45 minutes consists of heating, shooting exercises, technical drills etc. After this we divide the players into teams where we play match remaining training time.
