About the store 

The rental store is managed by StiL Frilufts and StiL Längdskidor.
Collecting and returning of equipment is only possible when the reception is open. Reception opening hours are Monday-Friday 8.00-20.00, Saturday 9.00-15.00 & Sunday 15.00-20.00. 
If a booking is made with the specified start time outside the receptions opening hours, no refund will be made, the equipment can then be collected when the reception opens.

How to book your equipment 

To rent equipment, you must be a member of StiL. Membership is included in all our subscriptions but can be bought separately. Booking equipment is done at our webpage before picking up the gear in the store. An account for logging on to our site is created automatically the first time you become a member of StiL and the account remains even after you no longer have an active membership with us. If you have forgotten your login information, contact the reception using the information provided at the bottom of the page. 

If you do not collect your equipment in time 

Booking equipment is binding. Any cancellation must be made at the latest 24 hours before the rental period begins. In case of later cancellation, contact the reception. You will then be charged a fee of 100 SEK. If cancellation has not been made and the equipment is not picket up before the renting period starts you will be charged 200 SEK.

If the equipment is not returned on time 

If the equipment is not returned on time, you will be charged a fee of 500 SEK plus one daily renting fee per additional day of not returning the gear.

If you lose or break the equipment 

When the equipment is returned it will be checked for damage. If any equipment is broken or lost, you will be charged to cover the cost for reparing or replacing the equipment.

If something is broken or missing upon pick up, before you have used it 

When you pick up the equipment, make sure that nothing is missing or broken. If anything is missing or broken, this must be reported to the reception immediately.
