Our personal trainers will help tailor your workout to your individual needs, wishes and goals. What this entails varies significantly from person to person, and the workout program can involve anything from traditional strength and fitness training to agility, mobility and sport specific training. Together we will find a varied and well suited program to optimize your results.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

In the first meeting, you and your personal trainer will go through a detailed questionnaire to set the foundation for your workout program. This questionnaire includes information such as previous injuries, workout experience, sleeping habits, diet and your goal with the meeting and your workout.

After the initial meeting, it is for you to decide if and how you wish to continue working with your personal trainer, and if deciding to do so book one or more additional appointments.

Thereafter, the personal trainer will set you up with a workout program that is tailored to your history and your goals. Everything for you to optimize your workout in a safe, fun and rewarding way.

Frequency of MEETINGs

In the price list it is assumed that we have one session per week, but this is just an example. You and your personal trainer will plan the sessions according to what is best for you.

APPOINTMENT DURATION

All appointments are 45 minutes long to achieve the best combination of intensity, efficacy and learning.

CANCELLING AN APPOINTMENT

Cancelling must be done at minimum 24 hours before the appointed time. When cancelling we recommend calling the reception directly (+46920-49 24 60). If the appointment is not cancelled, you will be charged with a fee of 300 SEK and your gym access will be blocked. The block is removed when the fee is paid. If you do not have a StiL card, you will be billed for the fee.

PERSONAL TRAINING in a team

PT TEAM is identical to regular personal training apart from one thing, you do it in a small group (4-6 p).
It gives you and a friends, coworkers e.d. the opportunity to help push each other in your training and together reach your individual goals.
