CAN I GET A REFUND FOR MY MEMBERSHIP?

Only in very specific cases can the membership be refunded. Contact customer service to find out more about your specific case.

LOST YOUR CARD?

If the StiL card is lost, there is a fee of 99 SEK to replace it with a new one.

IF I ABUSE MY MEMBERSHIP?

There is a fee of 500 SEK for the owner of the card.

CAN I WORK OUT IN OTHER CITIES?

We are part of the CMS network and thereby provide access to the CMS Travelpass. With this, our members can visit over 240 gyms around the world for no extra cost.

Yes, we are connected to Club Sweden. This allows our yearly or direct debit StiL card members to visit over 200 other training facilities in 170 different Swedish cities for a minimum cost of 6.50 SEK/visit.

CAN I PUT MY MEMBERSHIP ON HOLD (FREEZING)?

Freezing the membership can be done for 500 SEK at any time during the membership period under certain conditions. Freezing can also be done without fee but under more constrained conditions. To freeze your membership, contact the information. For more information, read our member terms.

WHAT ARE THE TERMS WHEN USING DIRECT DEBIT?

Direct debit is a payment alternative for one year StiL cards. The terms for using this method of payment can be accessed in the reception.

HOW DO I CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP?

Cancelling a membership is done by contacting our reception.

CAN I GIVE MY CARD TO SOMEONE ELSE?
