WHAT DO I NEED TO WORK OUT IN STIL’S FACILITIES?

To train here you need a StiL membership card (more on memberships here). The card gives you access to the facilities and is scanned at of our entrances. It’s important to scan the card every time you enter so that we get accurate statistics and for security reasons, to know who is in our locales.

WHAT CAN I PURCHASE IN THE SHOP/RECEPTION?

In the shop you can buy clothes, shampoo, deodorant, shower gel, padlock, yoga mat, bags and more. There is also several foodstuffs available, such as bars, snacks, fruit and energy drinks. All products are available during the opening hours of the reception.

CAN I BRING A FRIEND TO STIL?

All members with a StiL card are during certain periods allowed to bring a friend that can train for free. Keep an eye out for these special offers to take part.

WHAT DO I NEED TO RENT EQUIPMENT FROM THE RENTAL STORE?

Regular membership (150 SEK/year) in our association. This access is currently included in all our memberships.

WHAT DO I DO IF I WISH TO SEE ONE OF YOUR PHYSICAL THERAPISTS?

Since 2007, it is possible for any and all persons to see a physical therapist without first getting a referral from a doctor. Therefore, all you need to do is contact one of our physical therapists to find a suitable time and book an appointment.

OUR FACILITIES

IS THERE PARKING AVAILABLE AT STIL?

Yes, we have a large parking lot outside our entrance. Our members can park for free for two hours when visiting our facilities.

CAN I SAUNA AT STIL AFTER EXERCISING?

Yes, we have one sauna in each of the large men’s and women’s changing rooms.

ARE THERE ANY CLOTHING REGULATIONS AT STIL?

Suitable attire is to be used in all the common areas. Clothes are always worn on both upper and lower body and socks or indoor shoes on the feet. The exception is when visiting the municipal baths that you get access to when you have a StiL card. Read our rules of comfort for more information.

ARE THERE LOCKERS IN THE CHANGING ROOMS?

Yes, there are lockers in all changing rooms. Bring your own padlock to lock it up and if you don’t have one, they are available for purchase in the reception. It is not allowed to store clothes or items in these lockers overnight, we have other lockers specific for that purpose that can be rented. Click here for more info.

BOOKING/CANCELLING GROUP TRAININGS

HOW DO I BOOK A PLACE IN A GROUP TRAINING SESSION?

Booking is most easily done in our app but can also be done at our web page.
To book a session, a valid StiL card is required and you need to log in to the app or webpage.
To sign up for the activities provided by our sections, the requirement is a valid section card, unless otherwise specified. Please consider your bookings carefully so that as many members as possible can enjoy the possibility to book and take part in our group training sessions.

WHAT DO I DO WITH THE PARTICIPATION TICKET I GET WHEN I CHECK IN TO THE SESSION?

The ticket is your proof that you have a reserved spot for the session in question. Give the ticket to the instructor.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I DO NOT ATTEND THE BOOKED SESSION?

The first time this happens, there is no consequence. The second time, you will be blocked from making any more bookings until you pay a fee of 50 SEK, which makes booking available again.
